Hi, I'm Piyusha Pilania, a Slack consultant, trainer, and Salesforce MVP passionate about helping organizations collaborate better.

Over the years, I've worked with startups, nonprofits, and global organizations to implement Slack, migrate workspaces, improve user adoption, automate repetitive work, and integrate Slack with Salesforce. My goal is simple: help teams spend less time switching between tools and more time getting meaningful work done.

While many consultants focus only on the technical setup, I believe successful collaboration is about people as much as technology. A well-designed Slack workspace should feel intuitive, reduce unnecessary meetings, improve communication, and make work more enjoyable.

My career began in the Salesforce ecosystem, where I discovered how powerful technology can be when it simplifies people's work instead of making it more complicated.
 

As organizations increasingly adopted Slack, I found myself helping clients with everything from workspace design and governance to Enterprise Grid migrations, automation, and user training. Over time, Slack became much more than another product I supported, it became my primary focus.
